    Sand Meditation

    Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose, filling your lungs. Imagine your body filled with sand—worries and stress. With each inhale and exhale, visualize the sand flowing out through your toes. Feel the tension melt away, giving way to lightness. Each breath out brings calm, letting go of what doesn’t serve you. You are a vessel for serenity. Continue this cycle, inhaling peace and exhaling burdens, until you feel weightless. Embrace the lightness.
